The 2023 ACA Africa Cup final will be contested by two ardent rivals – Uganda and Kenya. The two sides will meet on Tuesday at the Eastern Cricket Ground, and Uganda will be looking to defend the trophy they won last year.

To get themselves a chance of defending the trophy, Uganda who lost to Rwanda in their opening group game led their group with 4 points.

Topping the group pitted them against Botswana-runnersup in Group B- for a semifinal clash that Uganda won without having to break a sweat.

Both Bilal Hassun and Henry Ssenyondo picked three wickets each while the chase was done by only Simon Ssesazi (34) and Roger Mukasa (26).

Captain Brian Masaba was ruthless with the ball as well. The skipper and Alpesh Ramjani each dismissed two.
