Despite hosting a big crowd during the Nwagi Show on Friday, Lugogo was fit for play as Aziz Damani picked up a big win against Kutchi Tigers.

Centuries for Alpesh Ramjani (160 runs) and Simon Ssesazi (148 runs) set up the win as Damani’s charge to the top of the Men’s 50 Over League table continues.

In Entebbe Tornado Bee had Wanderers on the chopping board at 33 runs with four wickets down but a fourth wicket partnership changed the game.

Worth 102 runs between former Cranes captain Davis Karashani (100) and former Cranes Wicket Keeper- now head of communications at the Association Denis Musali (26) dashed their hopes as Wanderers ran out winners to keep second place.
