The two unbeaten sides in the Uganda Netball Super League so far, KCCA and Prisons netball clubs continued their fine form at Kamwokya Centre.

KCCA found no hurdle to hummer the sorry Posta Netball Club by 65-18 and the win saw them occupy top of the table spot for the first time this season.

With 18 points in nine played games and a better goal difference, KCCA leads and Prisons Netball Club who also beat UPDF Netball Club 59-32 moved to second also with 18 points.

The wins for the two giants pushed defending champions National Insurance Corporation Netball Club from first down to third place with 16 points.

Back to the court, in the opening game of the day, Police Netball Club beat Busia Greater Lions 44-34 hence the Eastern side ending its first round action with a loss.

The league will resume this Saturday at the same venue, Kamwokya Community Sports Center with four fixtures.

It will be a top of the table clash as KCCA and Prisons will be facing off to see who finishes the first round on top.

In the other fixtures, UCU and Africa Renewal University will be in an all campusers’ rivalry as the students will go all out for bragging rights.

The last two on the fixture will have army side UPDF versing Mutelx Life Sport and Police NC hoping to detain Makindye Weyonje NC.
