URA FC and Soltilo Bright Stars FC will lock horns in the Uganda Premier League on Saturday, with either side keen on picking maximum points.

URA head coach Sam Timbe expects his side to recover and bounce back from last Saturday’s 2-1 loss to Busoga United. The defeat came after winning three on the bounce.

“We are fully aware of our last result, but we are now set for this game and want to win it,” noted Timbe to the club media.

The Tax Collectors take on the Mwererwe-based team that also badly needs points, having lost 1-0 to UPDF FC in their last game on March 20th.

“Bright Stars will also come looking for all the points, so it won’t be easy for us, but, we have prepared well enough to challenge,” added Timbe on the expectations.

URA will welcome back goalkeeper Nafian Alionzi and right-back James Begisa, who were both away on national duty, and Timbe is glad to add numbers and quality.

“The more competitive the squad is the better, so we expect them like other members to contribute to the team with their performances.”

While Bright Stars lie ninth with 24 points in 17 games, URA is 10th with 23 despite the latter playing a game more.

The first leg tied 2-2 with the Tax Collectors netting through Begisa and George Ssenkaaba, while the guests scored through Nelson Senkatuka and Emmanuel Loki late in the match.
