Ntugasaze FC have handed experienced coach Pius Ngabo the responsibility of leading the club in its first-ever Uganda Premier League campaign.

Ngabo brings a wealth of experience to the Mityana-based club, having previously worked in both head coach and assistant roles at Express, Police, UPDF and Wakiso Giants among other teams.

At Ntugasaze, he will work alongside Dudu Bosco, who was confirmed as part of the technical team on Sunday.

The appointment shows Ntugasaze’s ambition as they prepare for life in the top flight. Although based in Mityana, the club will host its home matches at Kira Road Arena in Kamwokya.

For the league newcomers, with Ngabo’s experience on the bench, Ntugasaze will hope to avoid relegation and make a successful start to life among Uganda’s elite.
