UPL Fixture Tonight:

Back from continental football following a negative result, reigning league champions Vipers Soccer Club host league debutants Ntugasaze Football Club in a bottom-of-the-table clash this evening.
With both teams targeting their first points of the 2026/27 season in this 8:00 PM kickoff at St. Mary’s Stadium, home side Vipers will go out for the win while Ntugasaze will try to answer every challenge thrown their way.
The Venoms were beaten 1-0 by Entebbe UPPC in their opening match of their Premier League title defense, while the Brewers remain winless in the three matches they have played so far.
The game comes after Denis Lavagne’s men were eliminated in the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League by Mauritania’s Nouadhibou, meaning their full focus now turns to defending their league title.
Lavagne and his technical bench face crucial decisions regarding the starting lineup, particularly whether to start experienced forward Ceaser Lobi Manzoki or youngster Gusto Mulongo, who is yet to open his account this season.
Selection head-aches also persist in midfield, where Joel Sserunjogi, Marvin Youngman, Karim Watambala, and Farouk Miya are all available for selection.
