FUFA Big League summit leaders Kitara FC will be hoping they can round off the first half of the campaign on a high when they welcome Adjumani Town Council at Kigaaya Playgrounds.

Head coach Mark Twinamatsiko will bank on home support to see that they take all three points to return to winning ways, having been held to one-all draw by Soroti City FC in their last match.

They have won all their home games so far, beating Northern Gateway, Jinja North, NEC, Calvary, Kyetume, Ndejje University and Luweero United.

Kitara are top of the log with 27 points after 13 matches with eight wins, two draws and three defeats.

Meanwhile, Akena Stephen‘s Adjumani are yet to win any match on the road, picking just one point in a 1-1 draw with Kyetume. They have lost to Soroti City, Northern Gateway, Jinja North United, NEC, Calvary and Ndejje University.

They have a confidence boost coming into this game following their impressive 2-2 draw with giants Mbarara City FC.

Adjumani Town Council sits 14th in the relegation zone with 12 points after 13 matches.
