With only a day away from the start of the 2023 Nile Special Rugby Premier League, defending champions Heathens are smiling, all the way to the bank.
The most successful rugby club in the land unveiled a new sponsor, former partner Platinum Credit Limited in a 3 years deal worth 330m Uganda shillings.
“We are happy for this relationship growth. Platinum has been our partner and now, being a full sponsor is something big,” Brian Tabaruka, the chairman of Kyadondo Rugby Club noted.
The three year deal was unveiled at a press conference today morning at Kyadondo Rugby Club with captain Micheal Wokorach and his assistant Charles Uhuru representing the players.
The Kyadondo side will start their title defence against Black Pirates at Kings Park Arena, Bweyogerere on Saturday at 3pm.
