The Uganda U-15 National Team, the Rhinos, will enter camp at the FUFA Technical Centre in Njeru on 1st October 2026 as preparations begin for the inaugural FIFA U-15 World Cup Festival.
Head Coach Bongole Anthony will lead the technical team alongside Goalkeeping Coach Kagawa Alamazan, Team Doctor Nayenga Uthman, Media Officer Muliika George William, and Team Manager Lukooya Baker.
The squad comprises four goalkeepers, eight defenders, seven midfielders, and seven forwards, all eligible to play, having been born in 2011 or 2012.
The tournament, scheduled to take place in Baku, Azerbaijan, from 22nd to 31st October 2026, will feature an innovative 8v8 format with 20-minute halves designed to maximize player development and match experience.
Around 1,000 games will be played across six matchdays at the Hovsan Competition Complex in Baku, with the opening match and the tier finals on 30th October scheduled to take place at the iconic Crystal Hall in Azerbaijan’s capital city.
