Thirteen time league Champions, KCCA FC’s Chief Executive Officer, Anisha Muhoozi has highlighted how eager the club is with the visit of Mamelodi Sundowns co-Coach Rulani Mokwena.
The tactician accepted invitation by the Lugogo based club and is bound to honour a five days visit.
“We are honored that the Mamelodi Sundowns co-Coach Rulani Mokwena is going to pay a courtesy visit to KCCA,” Muhoozi told the club media.
“This is in line with one of our objectives and goals, largely one to do with strategic alliances and partnerships.”
“We all know how big a brand Mamelodi Sundowns is so he is coming to share knowledge with us, and we are looking forward to hearing from him.”
“It will be a big interaction with him and I know he will shed light on different things on which we can improve as a team, because each day that goes, we learn various things,” she added.
Mokwena will be in Uganda for five days starting on Friday, June 17 to Wednesday, June 22 that is according to the Ugandan club.
He will share tactical knowledge with KCCA head coach Morley Byekwaso and his technical team.
The Lugogo-based side believes that this could be the beginning of a collaboration between them and the DSTV Premiership giants.
It will be Mokwena’s second visit to the MTN Omondi Stadium having been at the facility in March 2017 as an assistant to Pitso Mosimane, as Sundowns played against KCCA in the first round of the CAF Champions League.
The game ended 1-1 at Lugogo and Sundowns advanced to the group stages with a 3-2 aggregate score.
