Thirteen-time Uganda Premier League champions KCCA FC have unveiled their preseason plan ahead of the 2023/24 season.

The team, which is now under the management of new coach Sergio Traguil, will return to the pitch for the first time since May 27, after failing to win the league, finishing second behind Vipers SC.

The preseason program will be an intensive one, with a series of schedules designed to prepare the players for a busy season.

The team will also play a number of friendly matches to get them conditioned and prepared for the new campaign.

One of the highlights of the preseason will be the FUFA Super 8 tournament, which is scheduled to take place from August 4-14.

The tournament is played by the top eight clubs from the previous UPL season, and KCCA FC will be looking to defend their title.

The preseason plan is a sign that KCCA FC are determined to bounce back from their disappointing finish last season.

With a new coach and a new approach, the team will be hoping to challenge for the title once again in 2023/24.
