Uganda Cranes forward Steven Desse Mukwala‘s first season with Asante Kotoko FC keeps getting better after another goal for the Ghanaian giants.

Mukwala netted, rather in superb fashion as Kotoko beat Aduana FC 2-1 in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.

The goal took his league tally to 11, which is only two behind topscorer Hazif Wontah of Bechem United who has 13.

The former URA FC, Vipers SC, and Maroons FC marksman is tied with Abednego Tetteh, while he is one behind current runners-up Mizach Afriye.

Mukwala is one of the key pillars of Kotoko’s squad in pursuit of defending their league title.

Currently, they sit fourth with 42 points on the 18-team log, five adrift of Aduana after 27 matches.
