APR FC are the reigning champions of the Rwandan Premier League (Primus National League) and will represent Rwanda in the 2023-24 CAF Champions League.

Lwanga’s arrival at APR FC is a major coup for the club and will boost their chances of success in both domestic and continental competitions.

In Rwanda, Taddeo Lwanga will add to a growing legion of Ugandan players like Muzamir Mutyaba, Nicholas Sebwato, Joachim Ojera, Simon Tamale, Musa Esenu and Robert Mukongotya among others.

He has also previously featured for Express FC, SC Villa, Vipers, Tanta among others.
