Three-time Buganda Masaza Cup champions Bulemeezi have unveiled their 29-man squad at a ceremony held at the Kosovo ground in Kasana, Luweero.
During the event, team Patron Frank Mutalaga used the opportunity to issue a stern warning to fans regarding their discipline.
The squad comprises 25 regular players and four additional players. The announced roster includes previous trophy winners Calvin Pariyo and Shafiq Nyanzi, alongside 2024 champion Owen Rushongoza.
The team is under the guidance of Head Coach Leonard Ssekamatte, who is assisted by Anthony Bongole and Nasibu Mukasa, with Edward Golola serving as the technical advisor.
Speaking at the unveiling event, Mutalaga warned ahead of the Plascon powered games that starts in June 2026.
“As we poise for greatness this year, I warn fans that I will not hesitate to walk away from the team if violent supporters disrupt us. I cannot be associated with an environment where vulgar language and hooliganism are the norm; I advocate for a peaceful fan base.”
The event was graced by the Bulemeezi County Chief, Kangawo Ronald Mulondo, as the team kicked off their campaign on a serious note. Bulemeezi is placed in the Masengere group alongside Kyaggwe, Gomba, Mawokota, Busiro, and Ssese.
