URA Football Club’s lanky forward Bruno Bunyaga scored four times in the half to help Hared FC beat Ffeffeffe 7-2 as the round of 32 began.
The machinery on a mission completed his haul before others got on to the scoresheet which read 6-1 at Halftime.
Express FC’s Rashid Kawawa and Kiyinda Boy’s Amuli Mukasa were the other players to score for Hared FC.
By the high-flying performance, Hared FC reached the last 16 of the tournament which had a long run of over 80 teams playing in the group stage.
Hared the first team into the last 16, topped group G to earn the slot at round 32 while Feffefe finished second in group
H.
The round of 16 of the tournament shall take a rest in honour of the national team fixture as Uganda faces South Africa on Friday 15 November 2024 but it will return to action over the weekend of 16th and 17th November.
