In the midst of the preparation for 2026 Buganda Masaza Cup, record champions Gomba has secured sponsorship partner in Kamengo based Pyramids Maize Millers.
In the deal, the processing company through operations manager Edward Lubega handed over the package including Maize flour aimed to cover up the team food throughout the five months of the tournament.
With early arrengements, Gomba continue to extend their trophy tally to six from five as they seek to break the jinx of 5 years with out winning the trophy.
In the last two years of the tournament, Gomba have hitten the rock bottom failing to progress through group stage.
In find the revival, the Kitunzi led county decided to bring back their own Felix Ssebuuza as head coach having won them the last tittle in 2020 as technical director.
At the moment, Gomba camp is continuing with trainings and friendlies as they awaits for tournament to kick off in Mid June to head to October 30 when it will climax.
