With four teams – Hared FC, Young Lion FC , Mayinja FC and Lwaza FC – already through to round of 16 of Mutalaga Cup, Kavumba Elites is seeking to join them as the fifth side.
Having reached to round of 32 after topping Group P with 10 points from 4 games, Kavumba Elites will battle Mutungo Central who were second in Group O behind Kibalaza Naziba FC.
Under Pastor Elijah Mugisha, the Kavumba based team have well balanced side in responsibilities from players as Medi Yazid who netted the most goals for them while other players like Abby Kavuma and Jim Ssekandi have also been fantastic through group stage.
Kavumba Elites won 3 and drew once, scoring 12 goals with Yazid having 5 to his name.
