Paige Robinson has signed a training camp contract with the Atlanta Dream, taking another step toward establishing herself in the WNBA.
The 5’10” guard joins the Dream after strong performances with the Uganda Women’s National Basketball Team.
At the 2025 FIBA Women’s AfroBasket, she showed her quality with a 26-point outing against Ireland and a late three-pointer to level the game against Senegal.
Robinson also impressed in Spain with IDK Euskotren San Sebastián, averaging 13 points per game and shooting 40 percent from three-point range. She previously played in Germany for Herner TC.
Her professional journey began after she was drafted 31st overall in 2023 by the Dallas Wings following a standout college career at Illinois State University, where she was named MVC Jackie Stiles Player of the Year.
Atlanta have also added Holly Winterburn and Maite Cazorla to their training camp roster.
Robinson brings shooting and composure, qualities the Dream will hope translate into a place on the final roster for the 2026 season.
About a training camp contract
A WNBA training camp contract is a non-guaranteed, one-year minimum salary agreement, allowing teams to evaluate players during the preseason (Feb 1 – start of regular season) without adding them to the immediate salary cap.
