City Oilers have welcomed back American point guard Patrick Rembert, strengthening their backcourt as the National Basketball League season heads into a crucial stage.

The club confirmed his return on Monday, announcing, “Roster Update: Patrick Rembert joins the squad.”

Rembert is no stranger to the Oilers setup. He played a key role in their 2024 Basketball Africa League debut, where he impressed with averages of 15.0 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game.

He has already made an impact on his return. In his debut off the bench, Rembert led the team with 21 points, adding 7 rebounds and 6 assists in a strong all-round display.
