UCU Canons ended their two-game losing streak when they beat UPDF Tomahawks 65-42 in the National Basketball League at Lugogo Indoor Arena.
Previously, the Canons had lost two on the bounce against the Nam Blazers and Our Saviour, but managed to redeem themselves on Sunday.
The victory was orchestrated by Titus Lual who came through with an impressive double double of 15 points and 18 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Fayed Baale added 13 points whereas Fadhil Chuma put up 11 rebounds to mark the victory.
The Canons are on a 15-05 record and all but certain to feature in the playoffs.
