The tactician was in the stands at Mbale Stadium on Wednesday as BUL FC beat Mbale Heroes 1-0 in a preseason friendly match.

Mwebaze is expected to bring his wealth of experience to Mbale Heroes, having previously coached Maroons FC, Onduparaka FC, and Nyamityobora FC.

He is also known for guiding Maroons FC to UPL promotion on three occasions, in 2007, 2010 and 2015.

Mbale Heroes are hoping that Mwebaze can help them achieve their goal of promotion to the Uganda Premier League.
