City Oilers yet again made light work of their opponent; this time beating Our Saviour 88-51 in the National Basketball League on Monday at Lugogo.
The opening quarter was tightly contested as the champions led by just 18-15.
They then stretched the difference to 13 points by halftime after a 24-14 lead in the second quarter. In the second half, they broke away to eventually win by 37 points.
Four players had double figures for City Oilers including Luak Ruai, Titus Lual, Micheal Ngut, and Jimmy Enabu who had 19,17,14, and 10 points respectively.
The side coached by Mande Juruni seat lonely at the top after winning each of their opening eight games of the campaign, all in fascinating style.
For Our Saviour though, in a losing effort, Henry Ssebagala and Malual Dier managed 13 and 11 points respectively.
The defeat took their season’s show to three losses and one victory in four games.
