Mustafa Mujjuzi has played down the emotions of facing his former club KCCA, insisting Entebbe UPPC’s clash at Bugonga is just another game.

The UPPC captain, once a Kasasiro Boys player, leads a side that includes other former KCCA men like Julius Poloto, Isa Mubiru and Steven Munguchi. But for Mujjuzi, there is no room for sentiment.

“For us, it’s a match like any other with three points at stake, nothing special,” he said.

UPPC come into the game fifth on 40 points and full of belief after ending a poor run at Buhimba. Mujjuzi says the focus is on building momentum.

“We finally ended that run and want to correct our mistakes and win this one too,” he added.

While UPPC chase consistency, KCCA are chasing the title. They sit second, four points behind leaders Vipers, and know a slip at Bugonga could prove costly, especially if Vipers win away at Buhimba United Saints.

KCCA will also be looking to settle a score after losing 1-0 in the first round at Lugogo, where Ambrose Kigozi struck the winner. The forward has 10 goals and remains UPPC’s main threat.

The visitors, however, carry their own firepower. Ivan Ahimbisibwe, Saidi Mayanja and Sammy Ssebaduka will be key as they push to keep their title hopes alive.

Elsewhere, Vipers visit Buhimba United Saints, URA face Police in Kamwokya, Mbarara City host Maroons, NEC take on Express, and UPDF travel to BUL.
