KCCA FC head coach Morley Byekwaso has conceded to beaming pressure levels at the club following an indifferent start to the 2022/23 Uganda Premier League season.

The Kasasiro Boys have won and lost two games apiece from their opening four fixtures, an abysmal return by their standards.

“There is pressure on us as the technical team and the players as well,” Byekwaso told the media following Friday’s loss to Maroons FC.

“The more results continue failing to come our way, this pressure will also continue coming our way.”

“That is the nature of our job once you do not perform to the people’s expectations you intend to be put under pressure and we are getting used to it.”

“But we shall keep on trying to rectify our mistakes to ensure that results begin coming our way consistently,” he added.

The 13-time league champions have wins over Wakiso Giants (3-2) and Vipers SC (1-0).

However, they have also lost 3-1 to Arua Hill SC, and 1-0 to Maroons in their most recent encounter.

KCCA is now fifth with six points and in their next game, they will host Blacks Power FC on 05th November.
