Former SC Villa head coach Petros Koukouras was officially confirmed as the new head coach of Rwanda side SC Kiyovu Sports.
Kiyovu confirmed the signing of Petros Koukouras via their social media accounts yesterday.
The Greek international who holds a UEFA Licence “A” signed a contract that will run for at least two years.
While at the helm at SC Villa in 2021/22, the 34yr old finished 12th in the Uganda Premier League with 33 points.
On the other hand, Kiyovu, the home of Ugandan midfielder Muzamiru Mutyaba finished second, level on points (65) with Champions APR FC who had a better goal difference.
Former KCCA playmaker Muzamiru Mutyaba will now work under the stewardship of Petros.
Petros has previously coached Pacific Heroes and South Sudan senior men’s National Team.
