Latest URA FC signing Nicholas Kabonge has promised bloom, asserting he’ll do everything to have a worthy impact with the four-time League champions.

Following the expiry of his contract with SC Villa, the free agent has joined the struggling Tax Collectors, with vows of helping them turn the season around.

“I feel overjoyed to join URA FC and I want my stay to count,” he told the club’s media upon his unveiling.

After the first round of the campaign, URA are currently 11th with just 14 points from as many matches.

“I am aware the club didn’t perform well in the first round. And I want to work with my teammates to bring back the team where it belongs.”

Kabonge becomes the third January signing for the Taxmen as they seek to turn their fortunes around ahead of the second half of the season.

Kabonge joins budding goal-scorer Bruno Bunyaga and midfielder Joshua Lubwama.
