Jinja SSS enjoyed a perfect day at the Jinja SSS Oval on Saturday, beating Wanderers CC in both fixtures of the Cricket Uganda Women’s T20 National League Division One.

The hosts claimed a comfortable nine wicket victory in the afternoon before returning to complete the double with a convincing 57 run win in the evening’s shortened 10 over contest.
Jinja’s success was inspired by Stephanie Nampina, who produced two outstanding innings across the day.
In the morning match, Wanderers were bowled out for 74 in 15 overs despite Mary Namiiro’s 36. The visitors lost wickets at regular intervals as Jinja’s bowlers kept them under pressure.
