The 2020/21 FUFA Women Super League champions, Lady Doves, have agreed personal terms with Tooro Queens FC defender Ciccy Kabarwani.
Kabarwani is expected to sign a two-year employment contract to join the Masindi-based club.
The defender failed to help Tooro Queens to secure topflight status last season, and they will play in the FUFA Women Elite League next season.
Tooro Queens FC finished third in the FUFA Women Elite League last season behind champions She Maroons and Wakiso Hill WFC.
In November 2020, Kabarwani was part of the historical Tooro Queens squad that defeated Asubo Ladies FC to secure promotion to FUFA Women Super League.
Kabarwani joined Tooro Queens FC in 2019, and it is the only club she has featured for in competitive football.
It is also understood that Lady Doves will unveil foreign players from Tanzania.
Lady Doves survived relegation on the final day of the 2022/23 FUFA Women Super League season after picking a vital point in a 1-1 draw against Kampala Queens in Kaboja.
