Onduparaka Football Club have secured the services of Haruna Mawa as their Head Coach, signing a one-year contract, till the end of the 2022/23 campaign.
The tactician is a certified nomad as he has moved a number of clubs in his coaching career.

He has previously managed at Doves All Stars, the Somalia National Senior team in 2016 and Uganda’s U-20 team.

He has also been head coach at the KCCA Junior Team, Victoria University among a number of other sides in his normadic coaching career.

He comes in as Bosco Dudu’s successor who left the Caterpillars upon helping them survive relegation in the 2021/22 season.

Dudu had been appointed on interim basis having succeeded the sacked George Lutalo midway through last season.
