Uganda Premier League champions Vipers SC have confirmed the capture of highly experienced striker Karim Ndugwa, to become their second signing in the January transfer window.

Ndugwa joins in at the St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende shortly after the side initially completed the move for former Express FC forward Martin Kizza.

The extremely laser-sharp marksman penned down a two-year deal at Kitende, following the expiry of his contract with Jinja outfit BUL FC this January.

With BUL FC in just a year, he won the 2021/22 Uganda Cup with him gunning down Vipers in the finals.

“I am looking forward to start off the Uganda Premier League second round, CAF Champions League and hope we achieve great things together.”

Ndugwa will vie for a place in the star-studded team with Cromwel Rwothomio, Abubakar Lawal, Yunus Sentamu, Darcy Mbaka Kipoyi and Kizza.

In his industrious career, he has in the past played for SC Villa, URA FC, Express FC, Wakiso Giants, Mbarara City FC, Victors FC, Onduparaka FC, AFC Leopards of Kenya and Horseed of Somalia.
