The 2026 Cricket Uganda 50 Over Men’s League ended on Sunday with Pak Shaheens CC lifting the Bronze Division title after a convincing six wicket win over Centurion Cricket Club in the playoff final.
Centurion CC, batting first, were restricted to 128 all out in 29.5 overs. Atuhairwe Jimmy led their effort with 67, while Allan Ssemakula added 48. But regular wickets slowed them down as Simon Okecho struck key blows, well supported by Raheel Sarwar and Akbar Ahmad. Centurion’s innings collapsed late, losing their last four wickets for just 18 runs.

Pak Shaheens made the chase look controlled despite early setbacks, including a duck for Yasir Malik. Athar Ali anchored the innings with an unbeaten 46, while Raheel Sarwar added 24 to steady the middle order. Sunil Kumar and Abdul Basit Habib then finished the job as Pak Shaheens reached 129 for 4 in 20.2 overs.

The win confirmed Pak Shaheens as Bronze champions, with Centurion settling for runners-up.
Across the league, Tornado Bees CC won the Gold division ahead of GM Sugar CC, while Ismaili CC claimed the Silver title with Avengers CC finishing second.
