She Makerere are in advanced talks to finalize the signing of Amina Nababi, a free agent following the expiry of her contract at Rines SS WFC.
The silky-left footed playmaker is a highly sought-after player, with Wakiso Hill WFC also interested in her signature.

However, the newly promoted side pulled out of the race after failing to agree personal terms with Nababi.
Nababi scored five goals and registered five assists last season in the FUFA Women Super League as she helped Rines SS WFC to survive relegation.
She is also a regular for the Uganda women’s national team, the Crested Cranes.
It is believed that Nababi is keen on a return to She Makerere, where she won the FUFA Women’s Cup title in 2018/19 and was named the tournament’s MVP.
The signing of Nababi would be a major coup for She Makerere, as she is one of the most talented players in the Ugandan women’s game.
She would add creativity and attacking threat to the She Maks’ squad, and she would be a valuable asset in their quest to win the FUFA Women Super League title next season.
