Express Football Club and Paidha Black Angels SC will each be keen on making it to the quarterfinals of the Stanbic Uganda Cup when they lock horns today at the Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.
Express’ head coach James Odoch has asserted his side is fully focused on the task and not taking the Regional League outfit for granted.
“We have trained hard ahead of the encounter and know that whatever we have worked on, we shall apply,” he noted adding.
“The most important thing is not to take our opponents for granted and not underestimate them, because they managed to make this round, and have also been playing well in the regional league.”
Express eliminated Lugazi FC following a 1-0 win in the preceding round. On the other hand, Paidha Black Angels went past Kisugu United after a boardroom decision annulled the latter’s 4-3 penalty shootout win, for using an ineligible player.
